How Long Does It Take?

• On average, it takes approximately 3 - 4 weeks to return your media.

• You will receive email updates throughout the process to let you know the status of your photos, videos, and audio!
  

Will My Personal Belongings Be Safe?

• Absolutely! When you fill out your order form, you will be sent a confirmation email with instructions on how to send your package to us. You can also order a Wiise Capsule safe media shipping kit which comes with bubble wrap and anti-static / waterproof bags for an extra layer of protection.

What if I need to order more copies?

• Easy! Fill out our Returning Customer Form. If you purchased the “Permanent Backup” box when you sent your order form, we will provide you more copies of what you need at a discounted price and fast.

• If you did not purchase the permanent backup option, then you will have to send your media back to us and we will complete the digitization process again.
  

Do I get my original memories back?

• Of course!!! We will send all your original media back along with any additional media that you ordered from us such as DVDs, Flashdrives, CDs, etc.
